Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Giddy D Photography! We are thrilled to partner with you to create beautiful, authentic images. To ensure our collaboration is smooth, professional, and enjoyable for everyone, we've outlined our standard policies below. By booking a session with us, you are agreeing to these terms. 1. The Booking & Deposit Policy To secure your session date and time in our calendar, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon signing our photography agreement. This deposit guarantees your booking and is applied toward your total session fee. Dates are not held without a paid deposit. 2. The Payment Policy The remaining balance of your session fee is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled session date. Sessions where the final payment has not been received will be subject to cancellation. We will send a final payment reminder one week before your session. 3. The Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens! Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session one (1) time at no additional cost, provided that at least 48 hours' notice is given. Your deposit will be transferred to the new, mutually agreed-upon date. Cancellations: If you must cancel your session, please be aware that the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or failure to show up, will result in the forfeiture of the entire session fee. 4. The Image Delivery & Turnaround Policy Our creative process takes time and care. Here is what you can expect after our session: Proofing Gallery: You will receive a link to your private online gallery of proofs (lightly edited images) within 5-7 business days. Final Delivery: Once you have made your final image selections from the proofing gallery, your fully edited, high-resolution photos will be delivered via a digital download link within 14 business days. 5. The RAW Files & Editing Policy Part of our professional service is the artistic curation and editing process that gives our images their signature style. We carefully select the best images from our session and enhance them to meet our high artistic standards. Therefore, we do not provide or sell unedited or RAW files under any circumstances. The final edited images are our finished artwork. 6. The Image Copyright & Usage Policy For Giddy D Photography: We retain the copyright to all images and reserve the right to use them for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and portfolio.
